Do you upload my HEIC files?
No. Conversion happens in your browser. We do not receive your photos.
Why does HEIC conversion need a library?
Browsers do not universally decode HEIC. heic2any (WASM/JS) runs locally after loading from a CDN.
Can I convert multiple files?

JPG or PNG?
JPG is smaller for photos; PNG keeps sharp graphics without JPEG compression.
Will metadata be preserved?
Output is a fresh JPG/PNG from decoded pixels. Prefer the EXIF Remover if you need to strip metadata from other formats.
